Registered for Comic-Con today, I probably won’t be on as much because I’m having my internet service changed. Pretty excited for the Tailor Tinker Q&A tomorrow night as well, but I don’t know if I can take pictures there, either way I’ll try to post something about it regardless.
To the gym! And then Skyrim, final cleaning of my apartment before the parental unit arrives on sunday. Going out with my friend from boarding school for lunch tomorrow also. This is shaping up to be a fine holiday indeed!
Finals are over, I can finally get through this huge editing backlog of photos from the semester and sleep normally. Going to the market to pick up some food and then I’ll probably head to Hollywood and go see a film or something.
There are times I think about going to school in New York and then I realize no because right now I’d be at home freezing my arse off and probably digging my mom’s place out of the snow. Plus, I know very few people out here, so meeting someone is usually fun, gets me out of my comfort zone and I’ve met a ton of interesting persons within the last year, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
View Larger Made this a week ago, Inspired by the movie Dr. Zhivago (which is really good and if you haven’t seen it, make the appropriate arrangements to do so) I used the Kremlin- Duma font which is a very elegant yet blocky type. I also tried blending in a still from the film itself but it was a bitch trying to find a high quality still that wouldn’t lose quality once I sepia toned it in CS5, overall this was a very fun mini project
