Dirty Laundry- 2012
So, Thomas Jane from 2004’s Punisher, went and made a fan short that’s actually damn good. I always felt his portrayal of Frank Castle was the best cinematic itineration of the character and that they should’ve kept him as Frank instead of making that zombie abomination War Zone. If you haven’t seen the original, I recommend it, it’s a solid genre action film and the acting and camerawork’s pretty great.
Also my screening went well, the movie turned out to be good, but we have some areas of needed improvement, fixing some shots was exactly what I thought my teacher would say.
Summer Girl (rough cut)
Doing a silent movie for my portfolio review, I decided to do a short without any dialogue or a written script but the working premise is a story about two girls who’ve grown apart as friends and try to reconcile. So far I’m about 35 percent done, I just need a second actress and then I am done
